Speed and agility training

Build a better athlete

Speed matters in every sport, but being fast is about more than running in a straight line. The Kingdom Sports Speed and Agility Program is designed to help young athletes become faster, quicker, stronger, more explosive, and more confident in their movement.

  • Acceleration and sprint mechanics.
  • Agility and change of direction.
  • Explosiveness and power.
  • Quickness and footwork.
  • Balance and body control.
  • Deceleration and movement mechanics.
  • Sport-specific athletic development.
  • Confidence and competitiveness.

Whether your athlete plays football, soccer, basketball, baseball, or another sport, the goal is simple: develop better overall athletes. Run faster. Move better. Compete harder. Build confidence.

Quarterback training

Develop the complete quarterback

Playing quarterback requires more than having a strong arm. The Kingdom Sports Quarterback Training Program is designed to develop the complete player, from throwing mechanics and footwork to pocket movement, athleticism, decision-making, and confidence.

  • Throwing mechanics and technique; accuracy and ball placement.
  • Footwork and drop-back mechanics; pocket movement and presence.
  • Throwing on the move; arm strength and velocity development.
  • Hip and core control; QB-specific speed and agility.
  • Timing, rhythm and decision-making; leadership and confidence.

At Kingdom Sports, we want to develop quarterbacks, not just throwers. Better feet. Better mechanics. Better decisions. Better quarterbacks.

    Bryan MarlboroughFounder of Complete Strength

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), National Strength and Conditioning Association. Bryan founded Complete Strength in 2009 out of a passion for teaching, training, and leading young athletes as they prepare for their sport. Growing up playing both baseball and football as a pitcher and quarterback, Bryan developed an early interest in understanding how athletes should train specifically for the demands of their sport and position, and he has played and coached quarterbacks at various levels. For Bryan, training isn't about putting every athlete through the same workout. It's about helping athletes understand how to move, how to train, and how to prepare their bodies to perform at their best, in an environment that is positive, encouraging, personal, and focused on building the athlete up.
