Quarterback Training
QUARTERBACK TRAINING
Develop the Complete Quarterback.
Playing quarterback requires more than having a strong arm.
The Kingdom Sports Quarterback Training Program is designed to develop the complete player—from throwing mechanics and footwork to pocket movement, athleticism, decision-making, and confidence.
Led by Bryan Marlborough, athletes will receive position-specific instruction designed to build the fundamentals and habits needed to become a more confident and effective quarterback.
Training will focus on:
Throwing Mechanics & Technique
Accuracy & Ball Placement
Footwork & Drop-Back Mechanics
Pocket Movement & Presence
Throwing on the Move
Arm Strength & Velocity Development
Hip & Core Control
QB-Specific Speed & Agility
Timing, Rhythm & Decision-Making
Leadership & Confidence
Quarterback development requires the entire body to work together. Proper footwork, hip and core control, efficient movement, and throwing mechanics all play a role in producing an accurate and powerful throw.
Whether an athlete is learning the quarterback position or looking to take his game to the next level, our goal is to provide quality repetitions, individual coaching, and a training environment that builds confidence.

MEET COACH BRYAN MARLBOROUGH
Kingdom Sports Quarterback Training is led by Bryan Marlborough, who has played and coached Quarterbacks at various levels and has a passion for the position.
Bryan founded Complete Strength in 2009 out of a passion for teaching, training, and leading young athletes.
His connection to the quarterback position goes back even further.
Bryan grew up playing both football and baseball as a quarterback and pitcher, which sparked his interest in understanding how athletes should train specifically for the demands of their position. His experience as both a quarterback and quarterback coach allows him to combine position-specific instruction with professional athletic development.
Rather than simply throwing footballs for an hour, Bryan's approach is designed to help quarterbacks understand how their feet, hips, core, arm, and overall movement work together to become more efficient players.
His goal is to develop quarterbacks in an environment that is positive, encouraging, personal, competitive, and focused on building the athlete up.
MORE THAN THROWING A FOOTBALL
At Kingdom Sports, we want to develop quarterbacks—not just throwers.
That means teaching athletes how to move, compete, communicate, lead, and respond when things don't go perfectly.
Our Quarterback Training combines technical QB instruction, athletic development, and the values of Kingdom Sports to help young athletes grow on and off the field.
Better Feet. Better Mechanics. Better Decisions. Better Quarterbacks.
